peoplefone MEET: Webbased With Document and Desktop-Sharing

Would you like to plan meetings with your colleagues, sell a product or do a consultancy? With only a few clicks you can organize encrypted audio- and video-conferences over the web and share presentations, documents and websites with your meeting participants or draw together on the whiteboard.

First you will have to choose how many meetings you would like to be able to organize simultaneously. You can choose from 1 up to 10 maximum simultaneous meetings (each simultaneous meeting needs a different meeting organizer with his personal email-address). Then you need to choose the period for the webconference subscription and you can order it directly in your peoplefone account «Login» «Functions» «peoplefone MEET».

All meeting participants receive an email with the link for the meeting and can directly participate at their desk with their own webcam. Just try!

How do I proceed?

  • In the peoplefone account Login  Functions  peoplefone MEET

  • You enter the emails of the conference participants. 

  • Each participant receives a link via email and takes part in the conference by clicking on the link.
